With the aid of Sparta Engineering Inc., we have designed a box and put it through a Finite Analysis that has provided us with a box that is a step ahead of every other design in the marketplace. The CBI Aluminium Unibody Grain Box offers the strength of a steel box with the weight advantages of aluminium. It offers the streamlined design of a unibody design which allows for ease of cleaning inside and out. The complete aluminium design gives you maximum weight advantage by having the box completely designed and manufactured out of aluminium. There are some boxes that use steel long sills and just bolt on an aluminium floor. The CBI Aluminium Unibody Grain Box also offers the ability to be quick release, on or off your truck. The bolt on mounting system allows you to remove your box from your hoist and rear hinge with 10 bolts. The box also can be finished in a number of different ways:
- left raw and polished
- powder coated
- painted wet to match the color of your truck
