Cosmos can be used to apply loads to parts and assemblies to simulate real life loading situations on all products built at Courtney Berg Industries. For example, a simulation of a gravel box loaded with gravel can be analyzed and the structural integrity of the box can be measured to ensure structural integrity throughout the product. |

The engineering staff at Courtney Berg Industries utilizes Solidworks CAD software in the design of their products. Solidworks is 3D modeling software which enables the modeling of parts and assemblies in a 3D environment. This ability allows for innovation in product design and improved efficiency, by ensuring a product will be exactly what is desired before it is built on the shop floor. |

jobs in queue, including piece count, piece length and angle of cut. |

moderately-sized machine. The VF-4 has a 40-taper cartridge spindle
driven by a 20 hp vector Dual-Drive (Y-Delta) motor. The VF-4 produces
either 75 ft-lb of torque at a low 1400 rpm, or 250 ft-lb at 450 rpm
